The Operations Manager had limited Human Resource expertise, primarily acquired through generic research and internet searches. This individual lacked practical, hands-on experience in the field. Furthermore, the Operations Manager's involvement in HR matters was constrained due to juggling a multitude of unrelated responsibilities, often operating at full capacity.

Key Challenges: Managing employee situations fraught with numerous complex, unpredictable elements, such as leave policies, garnishments, disability allowances, terminations, harassment claims, and more. Establishing, updating, and conducting policies, procedures, and training programs to maintain ongoing legal compliance.



Client Feedback
In addition to establishing foundational HR components such as an Employee Handbook, Performance Management Program, and HR Administration Process, we collaborated with the Operations Manager to deliver coaching and assistance in addressing several highly complex employee issues. Throughout these coaching dialogues, we delved into the 'how,' 'why,' 'when,' and 'what ifs' to ensure comprehensive consideration of all potential perspectives, assessment of any legal implications, and systematic organization of documentation. The ultimate outcome was an Operations Manager who now feels empowered and well-informed when addressing potential challenges. Ultimately, we furnished the necessary HR tools and resources to instill confidence and assurance in their role, all while ensuring ongoing support is available.
